Great Iteam Nov 20, 2006
By M. Rose I have the Alpine Slide set from Children's Factory (very similar to this set -- has a round tunnel rather than a square top). I bought it for my very active 9 month old and she still loves it at 16 months. And she's a very large 16 month old.
It is well made, wipes clean and holds up to the wear and tear of our active household. Velcro on the bottom holds it together so the pieces don't slide out from under while she's climbing.
I'm already looking to add pieces to keep her challenged.
Highly recommend and the Children's Factory (I bought direct before they were offered on Amazon) were fantastic.

Wow. Dec 18, 2008

I have just the center tunnel piece of this set, purchased secondhand. It is the single most played-with toy in our house. It's a turtle shell, a canoe, Rapunzel's tower, a flying carpet, a secret pirate cave, a puppet theatre, a lily pad, and something new every day. While we can't afford the full set, if you can, it is money well spent.

No regrets! - Although it is expensive!! May 06, 2007
By E. Sherman We noticed that our baby loves to climb the stairs - up and down - all day if we'd let him. So we thought something safer might be very helpful.
Our son loved this from the minute we pulled it out of the wrapping.
The only drawback to it is that is is so pricey and it doesn't seem to be able to be added to or expanded as he grows up.
And don't be surprised, there are no instructions with it! You have to look at the picture and figure it out. It's not hard though and it only took us five minutes at the most.

Perfect 1st Birthday Gift Dec 01, 2010
By Lynn A Giordano We purchased this for our granddaughter's 1st birthday. She absolutely loved it, as did our other 6 grandchildren, ages 8 months to 7 years!! We have now purchased another one for our 8-month old grandson for Christmas. It is very durable, and withstood the weight of two 7-yr olds, a 5-yr old and two 4-yr olds jumping and playing on it. Our 1-yr old granddaughter was crawling through the tunnel, climbing up the steps and sliding down the wedge. We would highly recommend this item for toddlers and small children.
Still using after 7 years Aug 11, 2011
By Kelly Bates My mother-in-law bought this for our son 7 years ago and it is still being used. It looks like new, even after all these years of rough play. They take the climber apart and add in a few household pillows to make other forts and climbers. Great for creative play. It is the only toy we have had for this long. Well worth the money.
