KidKraft Clothes Pole - Natural Dec 01, 2010
By Chinkie I had an adult clothes tree but it was very tall and I could not use it so I replaced it with this kiddie pole. I am short (5'2") so the kiddie pole is the perfect height for me. It is sturdy and holds sweaters, scarves, and lightweight jackets, and you could probably put a hat on top. I like that it is small and doesn't take up a lot of space and it was easy to assemble.

Perfect size Kid's Coat Rack! Apr 22, 2011
By aceandfriends This was the perfect size and color for my 3 year old daughter's room. Although she needs a step stool to reach the top... she still LOVES it... as do I!

Jacket rack for little old lady Jan 17, 2011
By Colonel Jenna My arthritic mother can no longer deal with hanging up a coat in our crowded closet with rather high-set hanging pole. I got her this for her jackets and we're tickled pink. I got the 'natural' color, it's really nice wood, smooth and sealed and an attractive blonde tone. The center pole comes in two parts that screw together and they didn't want to line up perfectly but a little pressure to one side and the screw did what it was supposed to do. The legs have built-in pins and a screw-on metal brace to help them be really sturdy. You will need a small Phillips head screwdriver for the brace, and I would try to use one with a large grip on the handle for better torque when driving in the wood screws. Even with a pathetic little screwdriver I had the whole thing together and set up in 5 minutes. I don't think it will hold Mom's long heavy winter coat but three jackets ranging from light to medium-heavy are doing just fine. I am thinking about buying a second rack for hats etc.
Update 1/31/11: Mom's moderately heavy winter coat is now hanging on the rack as well as 2 medium-weight jackets, no tilting problems. I'm really enthusiatic about this product for people who don't like to reach up into overly-tall closets.

Works Great Oct 13, 2011
By M. Brown Sturdy and works great for hanging dress up items like dresses and hats. Colors were just as advertised. Could have more pegs, but works as is.

Great for hanging suits in my office Jul 09, 2011
By J. Lee I was looking for a simple, affordable clothing rack to hang my suits in my office because I bike to work. I bought this in chocolate brown and it looks professional enough to stand in my office. It's the right height for hanging suits and can hold quite a few of them. I have about 12 hangers on the rack; 6 on each side. As long as the weight of the clothes is fairly balanced on each side, I have not had a problem with sturdiness or falling over. Solid wood and comes apart into two pieces for the pole.
Extremely fast and easy to assemble. Easy to disassemble and transport.
