I was a little unsure on how easy it would be to use the bat but really you can easily pick it up on your first go. You just need to move the whole body from side to side and you can feel the fins take the water and cut across the boat wake. Easy for young kids who have all enjoyed the extra fun of being able to control the bat rather than just being at the mercy of the boat driver. It is best at a lower speed so you can work the bat e.g 35 to 40 km.

very sturdy and easy to get on also it take's awhile to learn how to steer with the fin's but once you learn it's great.
