I actually have no idea if this is a good product or not because it never made it past the shipping process. The first crib they sent was poorly packaged, looked like it had been drop kicked off a truck, and arrived in multiple pieces. The second one they tried to send was so badly mangled during shipping that UPS called me themselves to say that they were refusing to deliver it and were sending back to the manufacturer - after that I gave up. I'm not sure why but, I have not had very good luck with large items being delivered from Amazon.com. The manufacturer need to package it much better, and the shipper needs to handle it much better. Unless you live close to where they are sending it out from, I wouldn't bother. (I believe they are sending it from AZ)

Our problem with this crib was that it arrived dirty and broken-- completely unusable.

Ordered this crib because it was supposedly eco friendly- A non-Amazon website mentioned that this company's furniture was FSC Certified. (Note--upon doing more research, I was unable to confirm that) I ordered the crib anyway. When it arrived the box looked like it had been through a war zone, the box was dirty and haphazardly taped up and my husband pointed out that the date of manufacture (as stamped on the box) was 2007.

When we opened up the box, it looked like the crib pieces had just been shoved in randomly with broken bits of styrofoam all around. Pieces were dirty with black smudges and at least one piece was completely split down it's length.

Amazon, thankfully, was extremely good about setting up a return delivery and refund. I wouldn't risk ordering from the Atlantic Furniture company because you might get what we got-- an old, dirty, broken piece of furniture.
